Parking Policy for eaves San Jose (Phase I)

For Residents: All residents will be assigned one covered parking space. All uncovered spaces are available for additional cars or guests.

For Future Residents: Parking is available for future residents who would like to take a tour of our community. Please park in the designated spaces outside of the Leasing Office. The entrance is off Capitol Avenue. No parking permits or passes are required.

For Guests: Guests may park in any of the uncovered spaces throughout the community. The community is gated and guests will need to locate the resident through the directory on Countrybrook or Lagoon Way to gain access to the community.

Parking Policy for eaves San Jose (Phase II)

For Residents: All residents will be assigned one enclosed garage space. All uncovered spaces are available with a permit only from 7pm to 7am. Cars without a permit at these hours will be subject to towing at their own expense.

For Future Residents: Parking is available for future residents who would like to take a tour of our community. Please park in the designated spaces outside of the Leasing Office. The entrance is off Capitol Avenue. No parking permits or passes are required.

For Guests: Guests may park in any of the uncovered spaces throughout the community with a temporary parking permit from 7pm to 7am. Cars without a permit during these hours will be subject to towing at their own expense. During business hours permits are not necessary. There is an entrance on Trade Zone Boulevard and Capitol Avenue.
